The coating beaded up on the phone glass screen and did not coat the glass screen. This is just an expensive insurance policy on replacing a cracked screen. When I attempted to register the product, it required the products serial #. The serial number sticker was located at the location of the zip strip for opening the package, so when I had opened the package, the serial number sticker tore and is illegible. An email describing this problem and requesting support was useless as they directed me to use the web site that required the serial #. I applied the liquid defender to my new phone right when I opened it from the package. Followed all the instructions. Its been less than a month and I have a couple scratches on my screen. They are deep and definitely on the screen. I would definitely use the glass shield protectors instead of this.Report as inappropriate

I honestly didn’t understand that this was not an actual glass front … that it was a liquid to apply. It was the same brand as the screen protector I had just broken (but it had protected my phone screen).Report as inappropriate
