It broke the same day I got it. Was told it had a great warranty. I took broken screen to zagg store they told me I had to get replacement online. I went online and they dont have the one I bought in stock but offered me one that was half the price as a replacement and I had to pay $12 for shipping. Dont waste your money on extras at stores. Its already over priced for equipment and monthly fees. Its almost like they want you to quit them. I had it for one day before I dropped my phone and broke ima screen protector. The crack is very small and barely noticeable and I hear this brand has a good warranty policy so I will wait to file a claim, but otherwise I like the screen protector. Ive used screen protectors for every iphone Ive owned and this one I absolutely cannot recommend. Cracked within 2 months from a short fall. Ive had the Camera Lens Protector for less than 3 months, and it has cracked and pieces have broken off. This is from basic everyday use. Im extremely careful with my phone and have a protective case. My daughter got the same glass shield at the same time and hers did the exact same thing. This product was not inexpensive and it absolutely should not have done this. Both of us now need to purchase new glass protectors. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
