This offer was one of the things that convinced me to go with . Was great for the first year. Now that the soundbar App Store stopped working, and won’t replace it, I’m stuck having to purchase a new system. So sure, was a good offer, but not one that lasted long enough. Disappointed, since has no customer service for the soundbar itself, and nobody was willing to send me a replacement.Report as inappropriate

Accidently ordered 2 of these and I spoke with 2 different people over chat and was informed by both that I was only receiving 1 and that the other was canceled after about 3 weeks I finally receive my order and I received 2. You can look through my chats that I had with 2 different people via my app and clearly see that asked for 1 order to be canceled. I have been a customer over 1 year and this is not the first issue I have had either. There ate several people with this company that should no longer have a job because of there incompetence. Since this error was made due to the fact that 2 different people could not follow simple English and remove the 1 purchase and my account was charged for the 2nd soundbar I feel that I should be able to keep it without paying for it. I got this about 2 years ago. Not sure why I havent replaced it yet. I wish I could afford a new soundbar I got this one when I got fios bc I got a $200 off coupon. This thing isnt even worth that. Slow. Freezes. Will not connect as a regular sound bar to my TV, no matter what I do. I can only use this IF Im using it as the streaming device too. For some reason just watching say cable tv, or wanting to use your own smart TVs streaming, your Tv wont play sound of it. And if you do manage to finally get it like I did, it doesnt last too long before the issues start again give it a few weeks. -10/10.
