Do I have to pay for app for air tag on my dog?

You would not need to pay for an app for this device. The Spigen Pet Collar ComforTag for AirTag uses the Find My app on an Apple device to track the AirTag’s location. The AirTag itself does not have its own app; it relies on the Find My network and app to function. -Sean
