Ive purchased this item twice. Both times the stand wont stay latched and pops open to snag on everything. Not buying a third which is a shame because I liked the item but not worth the money to buy speck parts. The phone holder that attaches to ac vents in the car was worthless as well. Even tightening as much as I could the phone and case were to heavy to stay propped up.Report as inappropriate

Yes, I’d recommend this product.I had never used a MagSafe accessory before (coming from an iPhone 11 Pro) and this stand has proven to be super useful in day-to-day life. I can place the phone both in portrait and in landscape easily, there’s a plastic piece that allows you to hold onto it (kind of like a pop socket). The magnet is quite strong and definitely feels like won’t come off accidentally. Good job, Speck!Report as inappropriate

I have purchased this stand a couple times. Both times the kickstand part that holds the stand close becomes loose after a couple of months and wont stay completely shut and flat, so it is constantly catching on things. Its too expensive for this to be an issue and very disappointing, because otherwise I do really like the StandyGrip. While it works, its great.Report as inappropriate
