Yes, I’d recommend this product.I recently ended up with a car to drive for now while deciding on a new vehicle. The radio is not Bluetooth compatible so I purchased this and figured why not?! For me, this works perfect. One thing to note is that when you plug it in, its a very tight fit. When you go to remove this, it takes a little bit more effort because its in there snugly. I actually like that; it lessens the risk of it being accidentally unplugged and you hear a static radio instead of your music. The instructions do say to turn your phone volume to max when youre playing music and adjust the volume on your radio. From the first time I connected to my phone-which it connected easily btw-the sound was perfect. You can tune to any non working station in your area. Even if Im at a red light and theres a car next to me and you can hear them on their Bluetooth talking on the phone. (Because it seems like everyone I see has the volume high and you can hear their conversation if youre on the sidewalk m!) there still isnt any interference in my car. In fact, Ive never experienced any interference anywhere. It connects quickly and if you leave it plugged in and your Bluetooth on your phone on, once you start your car it connects faster than your car beeping that you started it up. Talking on it can sometimes be hard to hear if youre on the highway even with the windows up. It does sound low sometimes but I just turn the radio volume up and kinda lean towards the plug and it seems fine to me and the other person. You can pause and answer and close the conversation with the front button. When youre receiving a call, if youre listening to music it obviously pauses it, or if you happen to have the radio on but nothing playing, the incoming call alert sounds like when youre calling someone-the sound you hear before the other party picks up. It has a little old school size audio connection as well as a USB-C connector and its powerful and will charge my phone pretty fast. Give it about a good maybe 15 minutes and you go from half a battery charge to full. The dial on the right keys you go forward by pressing down or back by pressing up. You cant ffwd by holding the dial down. My only issue really is the design. The charging cord is on the left hand side so it takes some getting used to and figuring out how to place your cord so it doesnt get in the way of your drink. But this is dependent on your car design and not really a big deal for me. Besides that, the left hand side has that little silver triangle shaped whatever and again, dependent on your car layout, it might get in the way if you have 2 drinks in the cup holder. I have my cup holder under the radio in front of me, not the center console and the plug is right there. The only other thing is that once you set the station to pair with it stays locked to that station unless you change it which is great. And with my iPhone if I change the Music settings on the EQ it does change the sound on the radio (like EQ off, the Rock setting or whatever preset there is. The little dial you skip songs, etc. is very sensitive and if you inadvertently even lightly touch it it will skip to the next song. I know-long review! But I really like this product and I may go on their website and order an upgraded one that has a little remote control with added features. But thats just what Im thinking lolReport as inappropriateDeception 1 out of 5 rating

Yes, I’d recommend this product.Plugged it into the car and tuned it to the station I used on my old one. Connected right away. Unlike my old one, the phone volume needs to be all the way up or there is a buzz on the speakers. Connected to my phone and even to my smart watch, played music from both devices. I am very happy with it.Report as inappropriateFunctions as advertised 5 out of 5 rating

Yes, I’d recommend this product.Bought this because my sync module is on the fritz and it works amazingly. Was hoping the transmitter would be beefier bc of the type C PD output and was not disappointed. Have to find that sweet spot station as per usual but no statoc and the mic works great from the plug. The rocker dial switches for changing tracks is great for keeping your eyes on the road too. I’ll be sure to remember this if I’m presented with a $500 stereo fix issue again lolReport as inappropriatePoor Design 1 out of 5 rating

Volvo06 . 3 years ago

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, and it did not work in my 2006 Volvo S60. Apparently, the 12V receptacle in my vehicle is not compatible with the plug in on the Scosche BTFreq Pro wireless car kit. When the device is inserted into the 12V receptacle, it immediately pops out, and the device is not operational in my car. Since it is not compatible with my vehicle, I can only comment on the design and not the features or performance of the device. The device was compatible with the 12V receptacle in my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. The 12V receptacle in the Tacoma is deeper than the receptacle in my Volvo. However, my Tacoma is Bluetooth enabled so I did not test the device. Since I’m required to rate to the features and performance for the device, I’ll rate each as fair based upon the product description. Based upon my experience, I would NOT recommend the device. I suggest that the manufacturer update the product information to include compatible vehicles. I plan to return the device.Report as inappropriate
