The case is very stiff which makes the buttons hard to push as well. The buttons should be easy to push and the case should not effect that but it did – disappointed since it was expensive.Report as inappropriate

I enjoy the appearance & feel of my new clear phone case. I have yet to verify it’s ability to provide protection for my phone however! It does seem to be adequate. I am able to use the charging plug & access my S-pen without any issues.Report as inappropriate

This case was sent to me by a very lazy customer service representative who did not take her time and listen to what I wanted see or what she wanted for protection on my phone I had to get a replacement phone a warranty replacement and wanted to stay with the OtterBox Defender Pro Series cuz that’s the best unfortunately the idiot didn’t realize that the 24 case would fit my 22 days and ordered this stupid case here this case does not fit your phone 2 days after I had my phone and case I was walking from my mailbox with my phone on top of a box it fell off onto the curb hit the curb and the screen shattered on the corner because there’s no protection around the phone they are such a gap between the case and the phone there is zero protection and I know OtterBox is not going to replace my $1,200 phone I feel is the customer service representative have taken her time and really provided excellent customer service and what was best for me as the customer this would not have happened I did not want this case however I’m not going to go without any case on my phone so I put it on there temporarily why I ordered and paid for the one that I wanted and in that time is when the thing screen got broke from lack of protection do not buy this screen it will not protect your phone if it falls ever.Report as inappropriate

Case was too slick. I’m used to the Defender-pro cases which provide a little traction when putting the phone down. However, I loved the design. Wish you had more selection of colors – especially the mulberry.Report as inappropriate

Does this case have a space for the S pen?

While the Symmetry Series Clear case does indeed accommodate the S-Pen for the S24 Ultra device, it does not store the pen in the case itself.
