Bought these because I had lost a different pair of mine. I didnt like that it didnt have a top but got them anyways. If I have them in my pocket or sitting on top on something, it will connect to the right one when they are both in the case and not being moved.Report as inappropriate

The startup noise for these earbuds are so loud! Like EXTREMELY LOUD very irritating as well you cannot change it in the app. And the buttons on the side of the earbuds are very crappy. Very bad. They dont work when I press. And dont even think about sleeping with these earbuds because they are SO uncomfortable. My ears are in pain. They dont even properly fit in your ear. They will fall out. They provide you with different size ear pieces (I dont really know what they are called) but none of them will fit at all because it will fall out of your ear for any movement you do. The only pros of this product is the battery life. The product doesnt cost that much money so its okay.Report as inappropriate

I have been using the buds for 3 weeks now, and I am a bit disappointed about the noisecancelling. They don’t have the exact effect that I supposed they would have. But the sound in them are great.Report as inappropriate

The ear tip seal plays a major role in passive noise isolation, which supports effective ANC. You might try the different ear tip sizes included to find the best fit. Also, ensure to adjust the Smart Ambient settings in the JBL Headphones app. This feature lets you control how much of your surroundings you hear, so you can customize the balance between noise cancelling and awareness of your environment. Love everything about these earbuds, from the convenience of the app and the sound quality. However no matter what I do they always fall out and im constantly having to readjust them. Unfortunately due to my lifestyle I can’t use them at all which is why I gave a one star.Report as inappropriate

Thanks for your feedback. In order for your JBL Vibe Buds 2 to give you a tight seal within your ear canal. Try to angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. It is best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes until you find the one that fits your ear comfortably. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
