Not worth the price point. 1 out of 5 rating

Only choosing 1 star because anything between 1 and 5 doesnt really get noticed. Ive had 3 different jbl earbuds so dont paint me as a hater, but these particular ones fell short. The noise cancellation does not work nearly as well on other earbuds. I work around equipment that can be loud and with previous buds I could noise cancel and still listen to my music. These get completely drowned out by any outside noise. They dont stay in my ear at all. If I tilt my head in the slightest Ill feel them start to fall out. And I already know jbl will respond with we have 3 different size Yes I know. Theyre too flimsy. Theres not enough traction to hold them in place. And because of the unique design I cant do my usual trick of switching to a foam tip which tends to hold the buds better. Sound quality is fine BUT occasionally they will glitch out and there will be an added static noise that comes and goes. The volume doesnt get loud enough in my opinion. Battery life is pretty short compared to competitors at this price or even other jbl at nearly the same price.Report as inappropriate

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate all the information you provided. If the issue persists after changing the ear tips, we recommend trying our new JBL Fit Checker tools available on our website to see if they help. For the sound issue, try connecting the unit to a different phone or reset the earbuds by tapping either side three times, with the third tap held for 5 seconds. Then place them back in the case and close the lid. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Support Team here: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/#contact

Bought it as a gift for a technologically handicapped person. I was needlessly concerned that it would be aggravating to setup and operate. She loves them.Plenty of great features. Overall excellent.Report as inappropriate

Great sound 4 out of 5 rating

I love them. Sound quality is great. Only complaint is they don’t get overly loud but that might be my hearing in general but I doubt it. You can’t get overly far away from your device or they start to lose connection too.Report as inappropriate

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tune Flex 2 comes with 3 sizes of sealing eartips. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. We also recommend using the Check My Best Fit feature on our JBL Headphones App. This will help you determine if you are using the correct ear tip size and the positioning within the ear canal.

I got these a couple of weeks ago. I’m not use to having the little stick hanging out my ear, but other than that these thing ROCK!The bass is what you would expect from your kid’s car. I listen to rock, country, little tractor rap…pretty much anything but classical. These make all sound great and loud!!Report as inappropriate

This is not what we’d like you to experience with your JBL Tune Flex 2. Try using different ear tips to achieve a snug fit in your ear. Adjust the ear tip angle slightly downward for easier insertion into the ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely to the shape of your ear, and continue twisting it into your ear canal. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support for additional assistance.
