One thing I would like to point out is the maximum setting and control of the headphones in the phone is a non-existent element of the product with cables ol dinner even everything is different it gets 4 out of 5 it’s more than okReport as inappropriate

I was gifted these by a friend and after about 3 weeks of use the left earbud is no longer outputting sound as some connection on the inside is damaged. Very mild use by the way as I cycle between the use of wireless earbuds and two other pairs of over ear headphones.Report as inappropriate

The usb-c connector is very tight, very hard to unplug from my phone and laptop. I have to force it to be able to unpluge the headphones.Volume level could be higher. Have a cheaper jbl wired headphones with better audio quality.Report as inappropriate

Can’t express enough how much I have enjoyed these little pieces of a wonder. First off, the appearance is nice the design is cool with pleasant visual vibe (well branded). The sound quality is perfect for me (all around), I get fully immersed while listening. They cable feels fragile, but really that depends on the care you give them, so no complaint about that. I don’t know to what extent a dual driver setup for these or successor wired earphones would improve the whole audio experience, but I would much love it as an added feature for more immersion. I bought the 310c to replace my 110 because of the reviews of how they sounded. But in my honest opinion the 110 sounds better. The 110 are louder and seems to have more bass.Report as inappropriate

I purchased this headphone for listening music and phone call. The audio sound is great. Unfortunately, I could not find adapter for my iPhone 14 Pro. I ended up using headphone on my computer. EQ presets work fine. Default EQ preset is my preference. Also, silicone ear tip block out external noise good.Report as inappropriate
