Excellent-sounding earbuds! The sound is full and clear. My favorite feature is that I can put my own photo on the interactive screen. There are other customization features that let me change the sound profile to my preferences. After using them for hours while shopping, the earbuds still showed 82%. They charge quickly, too. Charging case is total crap. I can wear the ear buds for an hour slap them back in the case and once charged to 100 percent case now reads it’s only 50 percent charged. I don’t even use the touch screen cause it just drains the battery even more. I can charge everything to 100 percent and take them with me and go to put them in and the case has drained to 80 percent with not even using them. To say you can get 40 hours out of the case is a lie. Used my buds on and off for about 4 to hours the other day and by the time I went to bed the case was down to 7 percent. I’m assuming this might be a malfunction with the case or are other people experiencing the same thing! I wanna keep them cause they sound amazing, stay in my ear, and love the customized app, but because of the case I will be returning them.Report as inappropriate

We recommend performing a factory reset on your JBL Live Buds 3 by tapping twice on either the left or right earbud, then tapping a third time and holding for 5 seconds. Just got the JBL Live Buds 3 the other day! Ive been using Apple AirPods Pro 2 and Beats Powerbeats Pro for several years but because of outdated firmware issues with no updates, it has left me with two useless pair of earbuds so I bought these JBL earbuds. I am shocked at how awesome these new buds are compared to Apple and Beats! These JBLs are 100 times way better than any buds Ive used! The ANC is top notch and the transparency mode is actually useful for my work environment. Super rich bass with these earbuds and loud and clear. I cant even max out the volume with these. Apple and Beats both, I had to max out the volume to get the sound levels I needed. These JBLs are the perfect earbuds for those who spend time in the gym and wear their headphones majority of the day. Very comfy fit and feels like theres nothing in my ears. If you wear large gauge earrings like me, these are the best fit for your ears too. Dont sleep on these JBL Live Buds 3! You will be 110% satisfied with their performance! Thank you JBL for the absolute best earbuds Ive ever had! I am a bit of a headphone snob and I promise you will absolutely love these buds!Report as inappropriate

I have had them fir about 3 weeks. The sound is really good but they do not last 10 hours. I got about 5 hours each time I have used them. I first tried with noise canceling on and then I tried it with it off and I might have gotten another 39 mins. I am a more than a little disappointed. I was hoping to get at least 8 hrs. Thanks for your feedback. We’re always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Live Buds 3, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. Yes, I’d recommend this product.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds have a lot of usable features. They fit great in my ear. When I take one out the audio will pause until I hit play again or put the bud back in. This works well for me as I often take one earbud out to listen to someone talking to me. This way I dont miss anything and have to go back on my music/podcast. The noise canceling is great for coffee shops or flight. It is some of the best Ive used yet. The ambient aware is always helpful for when working out and running. I found the case to be a very helpful interface to make any adjustments to the buds instead of using an app. It works seamlessly. Plus, I just dont feel like opening up another app if I dont have to. There are the standard tap of the buds that are good for pausing or changing some minor settings. The wireless charging of the case works great with any pad type charger I have used. One of the most important features (to me anyways) is call quality. The call quality is great for car, around the house, or meetings. This is important when I cant set up my mic for a meeting and want something to connect quick. This is my go-to set in general and certainly for calls. All of these feature would be meaningless unless the sounds is there. I found the sound to be great especially being able to change from vocal to bass to studio depending on what I am listening to. I enjoy good sound.Report as inappropriate

The only thing i dont like isnthe fact that the buds are so dificult to grab from the case, but once i put them on, somethimes i forget i have them on. Totally recomend them.Report as inappropriate

Active Noise Canceling vs. Ambient (noise) Aware setting is convenient to be able to toggle on and off by touching the left ear bud.
