I tried several other Bluetooth speakers in the price range of this JBL unit and was not satisfied with the quality of the sound and volume.Very happy with the JBL Charge 5. Was able to get it on sale as well.Report as inappropriate

I never received the speaker. I placed the order on August 18, 2025 with 2 day shipping. Expected delivery date was August 20, 2025. FedEx never picked up the package from the facility. I worked with an agent on August 28th and was wanting to just cancel the order since I never received it. They offered me an expedited shipping and promised I would have it on August 29th. I have not received an updated email with new tracking information and the old tracking information still shows the order at the facility.
