Got a 4 because the case does not fit over the lip of the face of the phone so if I drop it, the screen may still shatter. This is my dream phone case. It matches my lavender phone beautifully. It’s comfortable, drop resistant, a good texture, and overall stylish. However, I’ve had it for only a month and a half and the volume button has popped out. It’s so small that it was easily lost before I noticed. I can no longer manage my volume and have to remove my case to take screenshots. In going to have to get another case and I’m really disappointed that I won’t have the style and beauty of this one, but the missing button is too much of a hassle to risk buying it again. Metallic buttons fell off deeming this pricey case unusable. I had it for 2 1,/2 months only. ‘s policy is 30 day warranty. They offered to sell me ANOTHER one. I would pay twice as much for the same thing elsewhere. Lousy policy. Never again.Report as inappropriate
