needed help/assistance w/charger port. was sent to an “authorized ” after stopping at another. no help in finding out how to repair. sold a new charging pad that only charges sometimes after trying 3 others. the cord that came with it did not work I had to use one I already had at home. no resolution to my REAL problem.Report as inappropriate
