I have been being charged for a phone number that I did’nt ask for and that I DO NOT HAVE! There are only 2 of us in my household. We don’t have any reason to have a 3rd line. I have been deducting that amount from my bill. I have been to 2 different Stores and have talked to several representatives on the phone and no one will remove this extra line from my bill. I will keep deducting this charge until they decide to take me to court and cut off my service. I don’t care. I’m thinking about changing providers anyway and they can just eat the balance on my account. I won a case back in the day against a cell phone company called SunCom. I have access to free legal representation because I have 3 attorneys in my family, a son, a stepdaughter and a brother-in-law. Bring it on .
