Thin and light design The iPhone Air MagSafe Battery was created exclusively for iPhone Air. Designed to slip into your pocket, it feels great in your hand and adds up to 65 percent additional charge to iPhone Airextending battery life further than the battery life of any other iPhone.

Smart behavior Attach the MagSafe Battery to your fully charged iPhone Air for all-day use. To maximize battery life, the combined system will choose the best times to recharge. Or when you need a quick boost, just snap it on for up to 12W of fast wireless charging on the go.

Fast charging For even faster charging of your iPhone Air, attach the MagSafe Battery and connect it to a 20W or higher power adapter at the same time.

Testing conducted by Apple in July 2025 using preproduction iPhone Air units and software while subscribed to LTE and 5G carrier networks, paired with preproduction MagSafe Battery units and software. Tested with screen locked. All settings were default except: Wi-Fi was associated with a network; the Wi-Fi feature Ask to Join Networks, Auto-Brightness, and True Tone were turned off. All charging and battery claims depend on usage, environmental conditions, initial battery levels, network configuration, and many other factors; actual results will vary.

Yes, I’d recommend this product.This battery pack/charger is not necessary unless you are a heavy user of your iPhone Air. I used this literally 7 minutes ago this morning, and it died around 4 in the afternoon. It’s 10:39 pm, the time I’m typing this, and my battery is at 36 percent. That’s with 2 hours of gaming, sending and checking email, 45 minutes of YouTube, and an hour of Doom strolling. While the screen brightness was high!!! If you are not a heavy user or traveling, or for any other reason, you don’t need it, but it’s good to have!Report as inappropriate
